  We accept all major credit cards through PayPal Payment. 

  After the payment is clear, we will process your order.

 

   We ship worldwide.

   - Some dresses are in stock. Please check "Ready to ship" section.

  - We can make any dress in the size you'd like. Production time is about 1-2 weeks depends on collection.

  - We use Ukrposhta (Ukrainian State Post) to ship internationally. After your order will arrive to your country it is delivered by the state designated post operator ( e.g. USPS, Royal Mail). It is marked as Regular shipping in your cart. Usually Regular Shipping takes 20-35 business days. But this is not a guaranteed service so the delivery time frames are an estimate and depends on postal service.

  - We use either UPS, FedEx or Aramex as shipping providers for expedited shipping.  Their delivery time frame is up to 10-15 days.

  - We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holidays, weather, customs clearance, and credit card authorization

  - Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as Italy and Australian post.

  - Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

 

Our policy lasts for 14 days from your order's delivery date.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have elapsed since delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and must have all original tags attached as well as its original packaging. This includes any items received as gifts.

Please note that KingdomBoutique does not offer price adjustments at this time.

Please avoid sending back your purchase without prior notification.

Returns (if applicable)

• - You may return ordered items in original conditions, unweared with all tags within 14 days upon receipt.

  -You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

  - Please send us the tracking number of the returned item. We cannot accept your Return or Exchange Request without the tracking number.

  -After we have inspected your returned package and if all the requirements are met you would be getting the refund immediately.

  -Please be advised 30% restocking fee for returning items or if the cancellation request was made more than 24h after order was placed or if you return the item which was made to order. Please note that most of our dresses are made to order.

  - Please be advise Shipping Cost is Non-Refundable.

  - Please note, all Custom orders (such as sizes that differ from the instructions in the size chart, changing the color of the dress, combining diferent sizes like 5 for top & 7 for bottom etc) are non refundable.

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it might take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you've completed all necessary steps and have yet to receive your refund, kindly contact us at orders@kingdom.boutique.

 

Sale items (if applicable).

Only regularly-priced items are eligible for a refund, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

• You will be provided with the address to which the item should be posted.
• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs necessary for the return of your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
• The time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
• If you are shipping an item over $50, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe return of your item.
